Greetings, alumni and friends of Penn State,
Thank you for taking time to learn about the Beaver Valley Area Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. By visiting this page, you’ve just taken the first step to becoming a part of this great organization.
Our membership is open to anyone who shares a love for Penn State, and you don’t need to be a Penn State alum to join us.
The chapter engages in a variety of community and social activities throughout the year, including our annual Holiday Gift Drive for Beaver County Children and Youth Services, summer sales of Penn State Creamery ice cream, football game watches, and our annual Spring Wine Tasting.
You can see there are a variety of ways you can become involved with, and stay connected to, the Penn State community. If you’re interested in networking with fellow alumni and/or friends of Penn State, then you’ll find we offer a variety of activities, professional and social, designed to bring people together.
If service and philanthropy pique your interest, you’ll be happy to know we’re involved with projects with Penn State Beaver students, Habitat for Humanity, and other outreach programs. In addition, some of our events are designed to raise funds for the chapter’s three annual scholarships for campus students.
Become a part of the Alumni Chapter by giving of your time, talent, and treasure as well as participating in various events throughout the year. It’s one way you, your family, and/or your friends can give back to Penn State which has given us so much.
Alumni Chapter membership dues are reasonable at only $10 a year for an individual or $15 for two or more people. We’re always looking for new members and ideas, and you’re welcome to join us. As Alumni Chapter president, I look forward to working with and serving you.
